Each photo is stamped with its own date taken from the camera data. Where a photo has no camera date, the file date is used and the photo is tagged File date. Check those before you stamp.

For JPG photos the tool reads the date taken that the camera or phone saved in the file. If that is missing, for example in PNG files, screenshots or photos sent through some messaging apps, it uses the file's last modified date and tags the photo File date. You can edit any date before stamping.
No. The photos are processed in your browser and the ZIP is built on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Reduce for reports and email at 1600 px on the longest side keeps photos sharp in Word and PDF reports while keeping the files small. For printed photo sheets use Print width in cm at 300 DPI.
No. The tool writes new JPEG copies into the ZIP and leaves your original files unchanged. The copies do not keep the camera data, so keep the originals as your record.
Up to 50 photos of up to 20 MB each per batch. For more, run a second batch. Large batches at original size take longer and use more memory on phones.
