Convert site problems into working systems.
Help construction companies automate project controls, measure productivity, reduce preventable losses and turn field knowledge into repeatable software.
Planix Engineering is becoming a construction SaaS company for project controls, productivity intelligence, operations automation and practical training.
Construction planning professional with 15+ years of GCC project experience across buildings and infrastructure works, with experience in Primavera P6, EOT claims, forensic delay analysis, and contract administration. I created Planix Engineering to grow into a field intelligence platform that converts real site problems into usable SaaS tools, reports and training systems.
I have spent more than 15 years working on construction projects across Bahrain and the GCC, beginning on site and developing into a planning and project-controls specialist. The experience behind this website comes from real schedules, reports, claims, deadlines, and project problems.
Planix Engineering started with a domain name and no complete business plan. I bought it because I wanted to create something of my own: a construction technology brand separate from day-to-day project work, where field experience could become software.
Family responsibilities meant that leaving a stable career and taking the full financial risk of a startup was not the right decision for me. Rather than give up the ambition, I chose a slower and more honest route: build this platform steadily, in the time available, one useful tool and one article at a time.
This is not a startup story written after success. The website is the work itself: a constructive way to build steadily while respecting the responsibilities that matter to me. If Planix Engineering grows, I want it to grow as practical construction software that contractors, consultants and young engineers can actually use.
Help construction companies automate project controls, measure productivity, reduce preventable losses and turn field knowledge into repeatable software.
A practical SaaS ecosystem for planning, productivity, asset utilisation, reporting and training, built around real project workflows.
I bought the domain before I knew exactly what it would become. The name felt right, and I wanted a brand of my own - something separate from the projects I was working on and something I could build with care.
The first tools came from recurring frustrations: explaining changes between Primavera P6 updates, finding the real critical paths, producing look-ahead reports, and turning schedule data into information management can act on.
The direction is now bigger: Planix Pace for daily productivity and loss visibility, future asset and reminder modules, project controls automation, and a knowledge platform for training engineers.
