Yes, in two ways. Export the A3 PDF to circulate or print, or save a board file (.json) and send it. A colleague opens it with Open board file and can carry on editing.
An A3 landscape page with the project name, board title and date, a card count summary, every column with its cards, owners, due dates and priorities. Long columns continue on extra pages. Overdue dates show in red.
A card is overdue when its due date is before today and it is not in a column whose name includes Done, Closed or Complete.
Drag and drop works with a mouse. On a touch screen, tap a card and change its Column in the editor to move it.
